This 80+ m² apartment in Rumyantsevo Park was designed for a mature family couple who value calm, quality, and thoughtful comfort. The interior reflects their lifestyle — restrained, warm, and deeply personal.

LAYOUT

​

At the heart of the apartment is a spacious kitchen-living area — the main space for daily life and socializing. The layout also includes a bedroom, a study that doubles as a guest room, two bathrooms, a dressing room, and an entryway. Every square meter is carefully considered, with no wasted space and maximum focus on everyday comfort.

ATMOSPHERE & MATERIALS

​

Natural materials and tactile quality form the soul of the apartment. Oak parquet, Italian porcelain tiles, decorative plaster, English wall paint, quartz countertops, and linen and cotton textiles create a calm, “alive,” and durable environment that feels both elegant and inviting.

COLOR & CHARACTER

​

The clients requested a balanced interior with distinctive details. By working with textures, subtle contrasts, and selective accents, we achieved an atmosphere that’s cozy yet expressive. A palette of natural tones enhances visual comfort, while clean, minimalist forms reflect the owners’ character.

ERGONOMICS & COMFORT

​

Ergonomics were a key focus. Every major piece — dining chairs, sofa, armchair, and bed — was selected with the owners’ daily habits and physiology in mind, ensuring the space is not only beautiful but genuinely comfortable for everyday living.

FURNITURE & CUSTOM SOLUTIONS

​

The project combines furniture from leading Russian and international brands with custom-made pieces designed by our studio. From the living room and bedroom to bathrooms and the dressing room, every element was crafted to fit perfectly, maximize storage, and create a seamless, cohesive interior.

REVIEW FROM THE APARTMENT OWNERS:

This is our second time working with Svetlana. The first time, eight years ago, was a small project for our old, small three-room apartment, using collages (note: preliminary design), and we were very pleased. This time, when we bought a three-room apartment with an open floor plan, we didn't hesitate for long about who would do the design! Of course, Svetlana. And again, we were right. It was a large and complex project with our entire design team, and a month and a half ago we moved into our new, modern, cozy, and beautiful home.

We've heard nothing but positive feedback about the quality of the design documentation from our foreman and workers. A huge thank you to Svetlana for taking all our requests into account and, in some areas, insisting on her professional design vision, resulting in a result that exceeded all our expectations.
