The project of an apartment in Stalin house for a married couple with a schoolchild. The owners wanted to get an interior in in the spirit of Parisian apartments —a mix of classic finishes and modern furniture. In the result was a bet on natural parquet, elegant gypsum cornices and molding А в выборе мебели придерживались лаконичного дизайна и функциональности.

LAYOUT

The apartment is a typical Stalinist three-ruble note with windows on two sides. In order to make the most of the space, we made a redevelopment by combining a long corridor with living room. Кухню соединили с гостиной с помощью прозрачной перегородки во весь проем, санузел увеличили за счет бывшего коридора на_cc781905-5cde- 3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_kitchen.

On the place of the former bathroom, it was possible to place a small separate laundry room. In the bedroom they organized a small dressing room. In  the nursery, the entire height of the ceiling was used to organize a dressing room and additional seating.

MATERIALS

​

В отделке мы отдали предпочтение натуральным материалам: дубовый паркет „елочка“, мраморный слэб и краска на стенах, подвесные plasterboard ceilings with painting, stucco molding from gypsum, window sills from natural stone. The windows were installed plastic due to budget savings, but k the end of the repair was a little about it was regretted. Wooden windows would be more suitable for this interior.

The modest-sized bathroom  is only 2.7 square meters, so the owners chose to make a large shower room, and not_cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b-158d_bad.5c For finishing, they took a calm and stylish Italian Keope Ceramiche tile, which allowed not to overload a small space, while maintaining a pleasant tactile sensation from_cc781905-5cde-3194-bb5.b3b_surfaces

Основными системами хранения в квартире выступают скрытый шкаф в прихожей, маленькая гардеробная в детской комнате и большая_cc781905-5cde-3194 -bb3b-136bad5cf58d_ - in bedroom. They are all made to order by individual sizes at carpentry shop.

Интересно, что хозяйка не хотела видимых шкафов, поэтому даже шкаф небольшого размера в прихожей мы выполнили из ГКЛ и_cc781905- 5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_installed flush-mounted doors, lining everything with plaster moldings.

Cesar Italian cuisine, Maxima model, was chosen for the decor. Beds and sofa - furniture factory Estetica. Tulip table by Finnish designer Saarinen and caligaris chairs look great on kitchen. In bedroom chair, bedside tables, table, floor lamp found at brand Eichholtz.

COLOUR

​

The starting point in project was white Parisian apartments, richly decorated with stucco, so the interior turned out to be light. But completely white, “sterile”, I didn’t want to make it. Therefore, we added   light gray and  light beige shades.

​

The bright blue dressing room  is a kind of architectural “cube” built into bedroom space.
