DESIGNER

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Execution of working drawings of the design project.

• Departure to measure the designed objects.

• Execution of estimated finishing documentation.

• Interaction with designers and work with subcontractors.

 

Requirements:

 

• Higher education;

• Confident PC user, knowledge of MS Office, ArchiCad, Photoshop;

• Responsibility - you must be able to make independent decisions, be responsible for the part of the project work entrusted to you;

• Self-organization - no one will kick you every hour by checking the status of tasks, it is also not necessary to be in the office from call to call. Such freedom will require you to independently calculate your strength and manage your time;

• Attentiveness - in working with drawings, as nowhere else is needed. Any randomly drawn "wrong" line, after some time will turn out to be a "wrong" placed interior element;

• Skill to work in team.

3D VISUALIZER

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Performing work in the field of interior visualization;

• Creation of 3D objects and scenes according to working drawings, visualization of finished 3D objects and scenes in 3DS Max;

• Work in Photoshop (photomontage, post-processing and preparation of textures in Photoshop, perspectives, etc.);

• Adjustment of day and evening light for exteriors and interiors;

• Interaction with designers.

 

Requirements:

 

• Excellent knowledge of 3DS Max, Photoshop, ArchiCAD and AutoCAD;

• Ability to read blueprints;

• Mindfulness - it is important to transfer the whole idea of the designer to the scene completely. It is thanks to this attitude that you can avoid unnecessary work of yours and the designer, as well as do the work within the strictly agreed time;

• Self-organization - no one will kick you every hour by checking the status of tasks, it is also not necessary to be in the office from call to call. Such freedom will require you to independently calculate your strength and manage your time;

• Responsibility - work on the project - is a team task and it is important to understand that the result of the work of several people depends on your work.
