In this apartment, located in the new residential complex Fili Grad we managed to embody a modern interior in a cozy interpretation for a family with a small child.

LAYOUT

The classic three-room vest was re-planned in such a way that all the needs of the customer fit in the new interior. We managed to separate the entrance area from the entire apartment, organize a separate dressing room and laundry room. By combining the kitchen and the room, it turned out to create a large single space for the whole family, while we separated it from the aisle, thereby allowing it to be separated, in case of overstayed relatives.

COLOUR

At the first meeting, the owners immediately indicated that they would like to get a bright, not overloaded with details space, where the functionality is in the first place, and the decor is in the second place. It was decided to build an interior based on light colors. So almost neutral slightly creamy walls, white simple-shaped doors from the Sofia factory, a concrete wall, a gray sofa from Forma Mebel appeared. Natural wood of different shades added warmth and cosiness to this interior, this is a bleached oak floor in a herringbone layout, American walnut wall panels, veneered kitchen facades, a tinted oak table, mirror frames, a bench and a console in the hallway. The bright turquoise Sami chairs by Calligaris in the dining area oppose this calm interior, once again emphasizing its soft colors.

Only the nursery stands out from the general concept of the apartment, with its celebration of contrast: a black slate wall and a white fence, gray walls and light pink textiles.

MADE TO ORDER

As in most of our projects, here, too, it was not without custom-made furniture. Only custom-made furniture allows you to use every centimeter of space. So in the hallway, bedroom, bathroom - all cabinets are made in a carpentry workshop, especially for this project. Dining table, Russian factory The Idea, specially adapted to our dimensions. The sink cabinets in both bathrooms are built into niches and ordered from the carpenter's workshop specifically for the required dimensions. As well as the main focus on the black slate wall in the nursery: a fence and cloud shelves, also made according to our sketches.

KITCHEN

Initially, the German Nolte Küchen was chosen by the customers as the manufacturer of the kitchen set, but unfortunately it did not fit our budget and therefore the Russian factory came to our aidGiulia Novars. The cost of a kitchen set suitable for us in style and configuration turned out to be more budgetary than the German counterpart. We settled on the Maria model in white enamel for the base cabinets and the Nikole model in American walnut veneer for the wall cabinets.

The only and significant drawback of this digging seemed to us to be rather long production times, up to 70 working days under the contract.

LIVING ROOM

The living room features a large corner sofa, hanging shelf, chest of drawers and American walnut paneled wall. The customers settled on a sofa from the furniture factory Forma, Chelsea model. The shape of the pillows does not quite correspond to the original idea, but gives the client confidence in its quality. The sofas of this manufacturer have long served the customer's family in their previous home.

A large mirror in the living area expands a small space, adding light to it, and at the same time, it also acts as a great backdrop for a family photo.

BEDROOM

Even at the time of the discussion of the future interior, the customers announced that they have a wonderful high 35 cm mattress that they would like to transport to a new apartment. Under this mattress, we designed a custom-sized bed with a high soft textile headboard. The wardrobe, also custom-made, supports the pattern of the headboard pillows. The empty cells of the wardrobe are made of wood close to the tone of the BoConcept chest of drawers, which allows you to tie all the furniture elements into a single composition.

CHILDREN'S

The main wish of the customers for the nursery was a minimum of built-in furniture, and it is desirable to use IKEA furniture. So we did this by creating a monochrome gray background of the walls, setting an accent playful creative wall with slate paint and softening the entire array of the dark wall with a decorative wooden white fence. It is made according to our sketches in the carpentry workshop. on the same wall, we added only clouds, some of them are simply drawn with chalk, and some are made in the form of shelves in a carpentry workshop.

All other furniture was chosen from the IKEA range, except for the sofa. It is the same as in the living room, the Russian company Forma. The mood of this monochrome interior is set by the pink color of textile curtains and carpet, as well as a hanging shelf for books above the sofa.

HALLWAY

One of the biggest drawbacks of the original layout was that the entrance hall was a walk-through, which means that all the dirt and sand from the shoes will diverge throughout the apartment. Therefore, we had to isolate this room, which we succeeded in doing. In addition to the spatial arrangement, we zoned this room with a floor, placing tiles in the hallway that are more practical, in comparison with parquet, to abrasion. It gently flows onto the wardrobe in a gray concrete color, thereby breaking its solidity and impressive dimensions. The lower part of the cabinet is designed for shoes, a shelf for keys and books, and on top there are sections with a bar for hangers and shelves.

A large mirror in a wooden frame allows you to expand a small hallway and has a practical function. The shop is a separate wish of customers, for the sake of the older generation of the family, who often visits them.

BATHROOM AND OTHER ROOMS

The bathrooms, laundry room and dressing room repeat the general idea of the entire apartment: light walls, wood in warm shades, straight lines, a minimum of details. Simple and functional. In a large bathroom with a bath, we managed to place a large spacious closet, which made it possible to unload the washbasin area from hanging cabinets, and hang the cabinet under the sink on the wall, while making it not at all high and quite easy to perceive, despite its not the smallest the size.

In a small guest bathroom, it turned out to place a shower room and hide access to the ventilation unit, thereby not significantly lowering the ceilings in other rooms. In this case, a dark contrasting floor allows you to separate it from the walls as much as possible and visually stretch the space a little, and thanks to the small mosaic, lay out the ladder in the shower, without additional trimming, while maintaining the slope.

The most practical room in the apartment, the dream of any housewife, is perhaps the laundry room. Thanks to the presence of this room, the dryer with wet clothes will no longer occupy the balcony or part of the room, shoes can be washed without fear for general hygiene, in this room there is a place for all stocks of household chemicals, an iron and an ironing board. As in a person everything should be perfect, so in an apartment is no exception. Therefore, in the decoration of the laundry room, we preferred large-format Russian Kerama Marazzi tiles, laying them in one row, and painting them on top with Little Green moisture-resistant matte paint. This technique allowed to preserve the feeling of the room.

WALLPAPER, PAINT, TEXTILE

In the decoration of the walls of the apartment, the paint of the English factory Little Green was used. In support of the sofa, the kitchen backsplash is made of granite c granite with noble gray stains,Viscount White. In the entrance hall, the accent wall is covered with Capatect ArmaReno 700 decorative plaster from Caparol, which needs to be covered with a protective matt varnish. In the nursery, one wall is painted with Siberia brand slate paint, which will endure the violence of children's creativity.
